🎃 The story of the little pumpkin in the birch
The body looks like a length of pale birch, all silver grey bark and fine scratches, the kind of quiet tree you walk past in October without a second look. Then it turns, and there is a face.
A round orange glow sits low on the trunk, glossy as a fresh pumpkin, with two big black eyes that hold little white glints like they are watching the road. A small dark curl hooks out to one side. It is not really trying to scare you. It is more the shy pumpkin that grew where nobody planted one.
Built for the Halloween crowd on a full size Clipper, it has a woodcut storybook feel rather than gore. Warm orange against cold bark, glazed to a shine. One of a kind, and just spooky enough.
