Do you send the cases with a lighter inside?

Great question, and an important one! If you're in Germany, yes! Your case arrives with a lighter ready to go. For international orders, unfortunately we can't include the lighter due to dangerous goods shipping regulations. If we did, your package would get sent back, and nobody wants that. So for orders outside Germany, you'll receive the case only. Just grab a Clipper locally and you're good to go!

Where are your products made?

Every single piece is handmade with love in Berlin, Germany. No factories, no machines. Just her hands, some clay, and a lot of coffee.

Do you offer custom orders?

How long does it take to make a custom order?

That depends on your design and your wishes! A simple custom piece might take less time, while something more complex needs extra love. In general, expect around 5 to 8 working days. Good art takes time, but we promise it is worth the wait.

Can I add a name or a personal note to my lighter case?

Good news: yes, absolutely! Want your name on it? A love note? Your dog's name? Your ex's name so you can literally burn it? (We don't judge.) Just let us know when you place your custom order and we'll make it happen.

What materials do you use?

Polymer clay, built around a genuine Clipper, sealed with a resin coat for the glossy shine, and painted with acrylics. Oh, and one more secret ingredient: love.

Which brand of lighter do you work with?

We mainly work with Clipper lighters. They're our bread and butter (or should we say, our clay and resin). We also make cases for BIC lighters! If you've got a different lighter and want a custom case for it, just visit our contact page and let's figure it out together.

Is the lighter case breakable?

Good news: our cases are made of polymer clay, which is way tougher than regular ceramics. Plus we coat everything in resin for extra strength. So no, it won't shatter if you breathe on it. But it's not indestructible either. A serious drop on a hard surface can still cause damage. Treat it like the little piece of art it is! Check out our care instructions for all the details.

Each piece looks different. Is that normal?

That's not a bug, that's a feature! Every single piece is handmade, which means small variations in shape, color, and texture are totally normal. That's what makes your piece truly unique. No two are ever exactly the same. Just like snowflakes, but way cooler.

I love this design but I need it for a different lighter. Is that possible?

You see a Clipper case but you're a BIC person? Or the other way around? No problem at all! We can remake any design for a different lighter. It's like ordering your favorite meal but asking for a different side dish. We're happy to adjust. Just let us know through our contact page and we'll make it happen!

How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are! Germany arrives in 2–5 workdays, EU takes 5–10 workdays, and international orders arrive in 6–12 workdays. All with tracking. Check out our shipping & delivery page for the full breakdown.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Fair enough, right?

Easy: just head to our contact page and let us know. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label, and walk you through the whole process. No stress!

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your item back, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The money will go back to your original payment method. Patience is a virtue, but we try to be fast.

Just grab a wet wipe, give it a gentle clean, and dry it off with a dry cloth. That's it: spa day complete. No soap, no scrubbing, no dishwasher. Your piece will thank you.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Pretty much everything except hugs, although we appreciate those too.
